The Rideau Rambler feels very stable. It has a comfortable seat on the bottom of the canoe and is paddled with a double blade paddle like a kayak. A Rideau Rambler paddler can easily keep up with most canoes with two paddlers. Throw your canoe pack in the stern and your tent in the bow and your ready for an extended river trip. Vinyl gunwales and end decks add to the boat's ease of maintenance. This canoe is best suited to the small to medium sized person, we have tested it extensively with a 185 lb paddler.
